A Fair Use Policy for Voicenet Solutions Ltd Call Bundles
Voicenet Solutions Ltd operates a Fair Use Policy on all "Call Bundles" agreed for National, Regional and Local calls in the UK on the basis of reasonable business use as outlined below:

- Standard Use Call Bundle - 400 minutes per month per seat

- High Use Call Bundle - 800 minutes per month per seat

All "Call Bundles" are allocated per seat, however Voicenet Solutions Ltd will always take an average across all seats with "Call Bundles" allocated to the contract.

It is also understood that some months call usage will be less and some months more, than the average indicated, so therefore Voicenet Solutions monitors Call Bundle Usage on a monthly basis.

If your total usage exceeds the total allocated amount, Voicenet Solutions Ltd may: At its absolute discretion change the usage bundle, to more accurately reflect usage or charge for calls over and above the fair usage policy at the published tariff rate for those calls. In the event of misuse Voicenet Solutions Ltd reserve the right to terminate the "Call bundle" tariff giving 30 Days Notice and implement a charge per use policy based on the standard published tariff.

Voicenet Solutions Fair Use Policy is implemented in order to ensure that our network offers a reliable and quality service to all our customers.

Voicenet Solutions Ltd reserves the right to modify the above Fair Use Policy on 30 days written notice.
